Can I just buy content on a one-off basis?

No.

Why not?

We believe in the power of on-going content creation and working with our clients on a long-term basis.  By offering monthly plans, we are able to better understand our clients’ specific need and also offer better pricing to all of our customers.

Which is the best plan for me?

There are currently 3 plans with different prices and different credits.  The bigger the plan, the cheaper it is per credit.  Selecting the the right plan for you will depend on how much content you require each month.  Check out The Content Menu to get a good idea of what your credits will get you.

How do I know how much I will be able to buy with my credits?

Take a look at The Content Menu for full details of the types of content available and the cost in credits.

What is the cancelation policy?

You can cancel your plan at any time, and you will not be charged the next month.  You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Can I ask for changes to a piece of content?

You can ask for as many changes as you require to all types of content.  We are committed to delivering the content you require!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal.  Corporate clients may pay via bank transfer.

Can I buy Extra Credits?

Yes, you can buy extra credits in addition to your monthly plan.

Do the credits expire?

Yes, the credits expire after 3 months.  If you start buying credits on 1 January, those credits will expire on 31 March.
